I am writing this note to thank you for the wonderful job you and your team did for us. The new wood floors and the bathroom look better than I could have ever imaged. Best of all you made the experience of having my entire downstairs under construction a pleasure.

I really think the fact that we used email to keep in touch really helped. You were able to provide me with a status each night so I knew exactly where you were at in the process and what I needed to do next to coordinate the other workers and time out of the house. I would recommend this process any time you do a job that takes several days. Phones are great but does not allow the details we had or the ability to ask questions if something came up at any time day or night.

The other thing is I would like you to thank your workers for being so neat. They always picked up everything and organized their equipment in one area. Since I am just a neat freak that was a plus for me. Additionally they were always courteous and worked very hard while they were here. You have a great team.

I interviewed 5 other people for this job and most of the prices were close. I have to tell you the detailed information and suggestions you provided along with your customer service and knowledge is what put you over the top and was the deciding factor for me.

If you ever need a recommendation please feel free to give my number. If you have any cards drop them buy. If anyone ask who did the job I will give a card so they have the information they need to contact you.
